Matthew Brennan is the Managing Director of Family Lives, an organization that provides home health care service to people with serious and complex health needs in the United States. Family Lives works to be an implementer of Social Role Valorization.​

Ray Lemay
​
Ray Lemay has decades of experience supporting the development, dissemination, and application of Social Role Valorization (SRV) theory. He worked closely with Wolf Wolfensberger since the early days of Normalisation and SRV as a graduate student at Syracuse University, then as the Executive Director of child welfare organizations in Ontario, Canada. He has taught and written extensively on Social Role Valorization (SRV) theory, but also about resilience and organizational change. He is a founding member of the International SRV Association (ISRVA), as well as serving as a member of the North American SRV Council.
Marc Tumeinski

Marc Tumeinski, PhD, is a trainer with the SRV Implementation Project, helping to teach workshops throughout the US and Canada primarily. As a service worker, he has supported children and adults with physical and/or intellectual impairments, as well as mental disorder, at home, school and work. Marc is particularly interested in the use of PASSING as an SRV teaching and evaluation tool and has developed multiple formats for preparing PASSING team leaders and report writers, and for using PASSING. He has also began studying, teaching and using the most recent formulation of the Model Coherency construct developed by Wolfensberger. Marc is the founding Editor of The SRV Journal and of SRV News and Reviews, published twice a year, containing original articles, vignettes, book and film reviews, etc. on topics related to SRV and PASSING.
André Blanchett
​
André Blanchett is the Chairman of the Board and the Executive of Family Lives. He has been involved since the founding of the organization in 2002. André studied Normalization theory and practice in Denmark and Sweden for eight months in the early 70s and upon his return to Canada he became a student of Dr. Wolf Wolfensberger. André was also involved in parents' organizations becoming President of the Canadian Association for Community Living and the ArcMass in Massachusetts and contributed to the development of People First of Canada and Mass Organizing for Change. In many organizations that he led over the years, André made sure that families and staff were trained in Social Role Valorization principles and he welcomed PASS and PASSING assessments on a regular basis.
